I am the managing director of HW Associates Limited and the proprietor of HW Associates.

Subsequent to qualifying with a top four firm of Chartered Accountants and thereafter working for an international quoted company I entered partnership in Hitchin in the early 1980’s.

I advise owner managed business clients on a broad range of matters from start-ups to sale or succession and all points in between.

I have many years’ experience of giving practical integrated commercial, transactional, compliance and taxation advice to owner managed businesses, not-for-profit entities and private clients. I understand what makes a business a success and what increases its value.

I am pleased to be the liaison between HW Associates and Accelerate.

Subsequent to qualifying with an independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Cambridge, thereafter working in practice and industry around Hertfordshire.  I joined HW Associates in 2015.

I work in audit, accounts preparation and give general business advice to SME’s.

As an experienced Financial Controller in the private sector, I joined the team at HW Associates in 2012, bringing with me a wealth of commercial knowledge.

I now provide the following personal tax services to our clients, standard compliant self-assessment returns, capital gains, Benefits in Kind and registering and completing trust returns.

I advise and train clients on cloud based systems suitable for their businesses.

I also look after their day-to-day bookkeeping requirements, administer their payrolls and advise on VAT compliance.

I hold QuickBooks Advanced Certification.

As a widely experienced bookkeeper and payroll specialist I am pleased to have established strong, long lasting relationships with many of our clients engaged in a diverse range of activities.
